Boston cuff cases come in single, double, extra-large and quick-release styles. The 5531 slides on and opens at the top so you can draw cuffs with one hand. Add double magazine pouches, a Mark III/IV chemical holder and a 5640 glove pouch that holds two pairs of disposable gloves or gloves and a resuscitator.
