The First Tactical 5-inch Urban Operator H2O Side-Zip Mid (Style 165912) combines a leather and synthetic upper with a 100% waterproof, breathable membrane. A full grain polishable leather toe cap keeps it uniform-ready, and a slip and oil resistant rubber outsole holds on wet pavement. It’s made for patrol, traffic and street work in any weather.

The Urban Operator H2O is a 5-inch mid. We carry it in black, in men’s sizes 4, 5, 6 through 12 (including half sizes 6.5 through 11.5), 13, 14 and 15, in Regular and Wide widths. It is not insulated, so pair it with a warm sock for winter.
