A synthetic suede and air mesh upper with no-sew TPU detailing sits on a rubber outsole, and a Torsion Flex™ fiberglass reinforced composite shank adds support at 75% lighter than steel. It’s a solid everyday shoe for station duty, training and plainclothes work.

Is the Operator Low waterproof?
No waterproof membrane is listed for this shoe. Its breathable air mesh is built to vent heat, not keep water out. For wet weather, look at the Urban Operator H2O mid or an AERO-TAC H2O model.
Does the Operator Low have a safety toe?

The Operator line is First Tactical’s leather-and-synthetic option; the AERO-TAC line is a lighter mesh boot with fused TPU.
