Kore Essentials 1.5" Executive Protection Belt [Outer Belt Only, No Buckle]

A low-profile dress belt for people who carry gear on the job in a suit. This is the 1.5" outer belt of Kore's Executive Protection dual-belt system, sold without a buckle or inner belt. It is made for executive protection agents, security professionals and plainclothes officers who need support and a sharp look with dress pants. Features

• Micro-adjustable dual-belt system: a hidden track gives 20+ positions in 1/4" steps when worn over a Kore inner belt.
• 1.5" wide, 6mm thick, rated up to 10 lbs: a Power-Core reinforced center supports your gear without sagging.
• Two constructions: full Armortek leather (Black, Brown, Tan) or a hybrid Scuba Tactical Black with scuba webbing nylon and a 15" Armortek leather tip at the front.
• Tip keeper and sizing tape included: everything you need to cut the outer belt to size.

How to choose

• Color: Black, Brown and Tan are full Armortek, a man-made super-fiber with a leather-like feel that Kore engineered to outlast leather. Scuba Tactical Black is the hybrid: tough nylon webbing with a leather-look front tip that shows under a suit jacket.
• Size: one size, Regular (24"-48"). See the sizing section below.
• Buckle and inner belt: not included. The 1.5" outer belt fits Kore X Series and Western buckles (Kore belt buckles) and must be worn over a Kore inner belt to work.

Sizing: measure before you cut

Executive Protection belts are sized to your pant size with the included sizing tape (no add-on for carry style).

1. Use the included sizing tape as a cutting guide only. Lay it next to the belt; do not wrap it around your waist. Always cut from the end opposite the track or flex section.
2. Outer belt: find your pant size on the tape and cut the outer belt at that mark, from the end opposite the gray track. Example: a 36" pant size means a cut at the 36" mark.
3. Inner belt (sold separately): find your pant size on the tape, subtract 1 inch and cut there, from the end opposite the flex section. Example: a 36" pant size means a cut at the 35" mark.
4. Loosen the buckle's set screws, push the cut end of the outer belt all the way in and close the teeth clamp fully first. Then gently snug the set screws until flush. Don't overtighten.
5. Run the inner belt through your belt loops and close the hook-and-loop ends, with the 4" flex section centered over your zipper. If hook-and-loop shows behind the flex section, trim the excess. Put the outer belt on over it with the buckle at the right edge of the flex section, tighten until snug and tuck the tip under the tip keeper.
6. Still too loose? Take the outer belt off and trim 1 inch at a time until it fits. Once the fit is right, attach the metal clip tip to the cut end of the inner belt.

If your pant size is close to the top of the size range, do not cut. Try the belt on first, then trim.
