The Women's Defender Shirt (Style 121004) is the long sleeve women's version of First Tactical's Defender Series: a wicking, anti-microbial polyester jersey body with cotton and Cordura® Nylon double ripstop sleeves and collar. Oversized zip sleeve pockets hold a tourniquet or pens, and articulated elbows, running gussets and vented mesh give movement and airflow. Built for SWAT teams and high-level operators, it still keeps a professional patrol look.

How does the Defender compare to the Women's V2 Responder Shirt?
Both are quarter zip shirts with a jersey body and zip sleeve pockets. The Defender uses heavier 6.9 oz cotton/Cordura® Nylon double ripstop sleeves for tactical work. Can I add patches to the sleeves?
Yes. The oversized sleeve pockets accept patches or embroidery and have a loop overlay for hook-backed ID patches. Contact us about adding your agency's patch.
Is the Women's Defender Shirt flame resistant?
No. First Tactical makes no flame-resistance or NFPA claim for this tactical shirt. It is not flame-resistant (FR) apparel and is not PPE or turnout gear, so wear it on duty and around the station, not for firefighting.
