Council Tool TD30 - Tuned and Dressed! The Council version of the famous Halligan tool is a top-tier addition to the forcible entry line. This halligan is our favorite pro-bar type tool. The clean edges of this tool are a nice touch. This updated style has eliminated the loops of the previous model. This allows forcing a door to be easier in a narrow hallway.
This is a DROP FORGED SINGLE PIECE MADE FROM ALLOY STEEL. Working ends are heat treated for maximum strength, toughness and wear resistance. The fork, horn and pry are designed for leverage and strength. Widths and tapers are intended to allow easy penetration.
